What does it cost?

Participation is free. On sales, a 5% card fee is deducted from the sale price. The remaining amount is paid to you via buddy.art and Stripe.

Submission details

  • Digital (catalogue): Upload an image and short description (size, medium) via buddy.art. This becomes part of the catalogue.
  • Physical delivery: November 25–28
  • Limit: Up to three works
  • Type: Works left behind. Unsigned or unseen is fine.
  • Pricing & bids: You set no price. Bidding is blind — highest wins.
  • Selection: Curated by the organiser.
  • Exhibition: A selection will be shown physically; all works appear in the online catalogue and auction.

  • A digital receipt (NFT) for each sold work

What does the catalogue look like?

Image + short description (size, medium). Released November 1 and updated as works close.

Can I remain anonymous?

Yes. Your name is required for payment but doesn’t need to appear publicly.

After the auction: payment and contact

  1. Closing: When the hammer falls, the winning bid is confirmed.
  2. Payment: The buyer receives a payment link and pays by card via buddy.art (Stripe). A receipt is emailed.
  3. Contact: After payment, a chat opens with the buyer to arrange delivery or pickup.
  4. Payout: Your share is transferred via Stripe (usually within 7 days).

How do I get paid?

All payments go through buddy.art and are processed by Stripe.

To receive payouts:

  1. Log in at buddy.art
  2. Go to Account > Payments
  3. Click Manage payouts to register with Stripe

Stripe transfers funds to your account within 7 days after the sale.

After the market

Unsold works can be collected after the auction. Sold works are handed over or shipped as agreed. You receive an NFT confirming the sale.

Taxes and reporting

You are responsible for your own tax reporting. Contact the Swedish Tax Agency for details.
